Beth Blackmore is a former government employee with 23 years years in Human Resources, a degree in Phycology and a lifelong passion to help others. Since 2019, she has been on a path of awakening, self discovery and growth. Focusing on nutrition, physical health, mindset and overall well-being. Through her health journey, she has successfully shed 60lbs, gained mental clarity, and has come to learn that we have ultimate control over our minds and bodies.
Residing in Ottawa, Canada with her husband and two sons, Beth lives an active family lifestyle with mountain biking, skiing, snowmobiling, throwing the ball around… anything outdoors. Nothing beats the cottage in the summer being on the water, sailing her Hobie Cat.
As a former self-saboteur, her own self destructive behaviors included negative self-talk, people-pleasing, binge-drinking, watching tv, mainstream news and stuffing her feelings with food. She would suppress and stuff down feelings of guilt, shame and regret from life’s past events with food.
Addicted to eating, comfort foods, carbs, sugars, numbing her emotions, distractions, the 9-5 rat race, people pleasing, modern comforts, societal norms, mediocrity and her conditioned mind. It was a slow and steady downward spiral over many years that came to a grinding halt in March 2019, when she finally started listening to her body and the physical symptoms it was putting out there.
Unlearning and deprogramming from her old conditioning led her to ditch the processed foods, the sugars and the refined carbs. She stated consuming real whole foods and improvement within weeks. Within a year and a half she lost 60lbs and successfully kept it off, and she’s never felt better!
She says there is not one area of her life that hasn’t been affected in a positive way from her mental and physical transformation.
Through her own life experience, her health journey – losing 60lbs and completing Jason Christoff’s Freedom from Self Sabotage coaching certification, Beth helps people reprogram their conditioned minds to overcome their self limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors, empowering them to live their best lives – healthy, abundant and successful.
